I’d struggled to raise my Vitamin D levels for years despite supplements. I think the K2 and MCT oil make all the difference for absorption. Not the cheapest option, but also not the most expensive, and by far the most effective I’ve tried.

Sadly it seems to be rare these days to find supplement that actually match the label claims and can prove it, so for me pureclinica is one of only a handful of brands I trust. As for the D3/K2, these are great, small capsules with no after-taste, and they come in a really strong dose which you actually need. Will reorder very soon.
