REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Pureclinica EU OÜ acts as the seller of record and is responsible for fulfilling returns, cancellations, and statutory consumer rights for EU customers.


60 Day Return Policy

We offer a 60 day return policy to our customers.

If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return Material Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be handled in accordance with our Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.

To request a return during the sixty (60) day return period, you must first obtain an RMA number.

Any unauthorized return received will be returned to you at your sole expense.

If an RMA number is issued and we do not receive your return within sixty (60) days from the date of issuance, we reserve the right to cancel the RMA upon written notice to you.

If your return is received within sixty (60) days of RMA issuance, we will process the return within two (2) business days.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account) within thirty (30) days from completion of the return process.
