I bought these after reading about all the minerals sea moss has and how it helps to clear the body of mucus.
Been taking them, for 4 days now, and Mood has definitely been boosted, and not groggy in the morning and needing more sleep,
I'm not a bloke who usually bothers to write reviews, most products are just so-so and that's double the case for supplements. I bought these because I seen so many people talking about getting rid of mucus from the body so thought why not give it a go. Life long smoker and honestly I was a little sceptical, fads come and go. But to be fair these seem to do what they say on tin and thats coming from a skeptic. But, will see long term. I will say I have been suprised because it might be something else, but I havent changed anything else and they seem to helping with my energy because I don't get tired during the day. My wife noticed it before i did but when she pointed it out i've been tracking my energy during the days and its definitely a big difference. I used to get want to put my feet up after lunch and nod off but since last thursday i havent done that one time.
