I’m not convinced there’s any good quality rodiola in this supplement. I bought this one because I was away from home and couldn’t get my usual brand, I take rodiola to help with sleep and stress and since taking this supplement which claims to be double strength I haven’t slept through the night whereas on the other brand I do. Don’t waste your money find a better brand!
The tablets are too big and hard to swallow. I wouldn’t buy again. Also I bought via subscription which I thought could be cancelled at any time, turns out I’ve got another bottle to get through and halve now 🙄 as it cannot be modified or swapped for a different product once you accept a subscription.

The product is good but the price is expensive and there's never any real savings on this product they increased the price then give a small reduction same as what the price used to sell at so hardly a proper saving on the ad it says generous savings of perhaps 50% but never on the product you buy being a loyal customer doesn't mean a lot to thos company it seems.
Gratefully I have found that Rhodiola Rosea helps soften the stressful edges that living places on all of us! Speedy delivery . Thank you !
I have not received my Rhodiola and that’s me completely out of it .
I haven’t received my order. I know the product I’ve paid for is excellent. Sadly, had I have know you chosen delivery firm was Hermes or Evri or whatever other name they may go by, I would not have placed an order with you. I have placed 4 other orders with various companies in the past month or so and have failed to receive any of them. All were Hermes or Evri deliveries. I am only on a low income, however the whole situation proved so stressful and impossible that I have just kissed my money goodbye and refuse to buy online anymore.
It may interest you to know that Joe Lysette investigated Hermes a couple of years ago and aired an entire programme on how dishonest and devious they were. If you wish to keep your customers I strongly suggest you find another delivery firm.
I was recommended Rhodiola a few years ago to help with low mood, it has been a great boons don’t take it when I am happy only when I find my moods become low, they work really well for me ,recently gave hubby some when we lost our dog .I think they helped him too
I find that this product relieves stress
I will keep this product at hand in my cabinet going forward I know that much. Over the past weeks I have had a reasonable increase in my energy despite not sleeping more or changing my diet. The only thing I've done differently is use this supplement

The normal dose did not have any positive effects on me. Only when I increased the dose I felt that I got something out of the product
