Was disappointed after buying from this brand for many years. The description of the berberine makes it seem highly rated and trustworthy but I didn't get any benefi as I could not take it for long. It gave me a somtach ache for three days in a row so i stopped. I've taken other berberine products and not had this experience before so it must be this product
