The two fatty acids the body uses

EPA and DHA are the omega-3 fatty acids the body uses, and they are difficult to obtain in quantity without regular oily fish. This range leads with the figures that matter: each softgel of our Omega 3 provides 360 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (at a daily intake of 250 mg), and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (at a daily intake of 250 mg).

There are two formats. The fish oil provides its omega-3s in triglyceride form at a high EPA and DHA content; Ultra Pure Krill Oil binds them to phospholipids, the form they take within cell membranes, and adds naturally occurring astaxanthin. The same essential fatty acids, in two deliveries.
